We are in the midst of revolutionizing our core capabilities to maximize service and mission outcomes. This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for a full time Senior Network Administrator with a focus on the network environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage & maintain the network infrastructure – Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, etc.
• Strong experience managing Fortinet, Cisco (e.g. Meraki), HP Aruba, etc.
• Support, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls (including policies, routing, remote access VPNs)
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure connectivity
• Support and maintain remote network monitoring and management solutions
• Understand change management and escalation procedures
• Provide on-call and after-hours support on a rotating basis

What You Bring

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 5+ years equivalent work experience
• At least five years' equivalent work experience in a senior position responsible for managing network environment
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Must be conscientious and reliable with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to be in the Toronto office 1 -2 times a week.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $91,643 (min.) to $109,971 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
