What you'll be doing is helping the service team with administration:
The chosen candidate will communicate with our service advisors about customer appointments and bookings, as well as make and receive calls from service customers. Using our internal systems, you will handle departmental administrative tasks like processing paperwork, updating records, and filing.
Essential Skills and experience:
· Excellent and self-assured communication abilities.
· Capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
· Excellent spoken, reading, and math abilities.
· The capacity for analytical thought and workload prioritization.
· Able to work both independently and as a team member.
· Strong IT abilities.
· An attention to detail.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires work from 8 a.m. to 17 p.m., Monday through Friday, for up to 40 hours per week.
