Job Description

Are you a recent grad or a 4th year Graphic Design student graduating shortly or have recently graduated? Freud Canada is seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Graphic Design student to work in our in-house Art Department. You will work closely with our senior Graphic Designer to create packaging, product graphics and related support material. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience in your field.

This role is an onsite role working five days a week from the office located in Mississauga, ON. This is a one year contract position with the possibility of extension up to two years.

Qualifications

• To qualify: Must be a recent graduate within the last 6 months of a Graphic Design program

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop CS, InDesign CS and Illustrator CS)

• Experience with the MAC platform

• Excellent eye for detail

• Able to work within brand guidelines and follow direction

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of projects concurrently

• Self-starter, able to work independently
