About you:
As a mobile developer, you understand that it's an unpredictable world out there and it's your job to manage it using clean design patterns. You're comfortable with targeting multiple platforms and designing your code around their idiosyncrasies. You have an opinion when it comes to design and take pride in educating others about mobile-friendly UI/UX. Customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and the importance of team reflection and constant improvement are your top priorities.
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with Agile development practices, working in small teams running modern dev ops.
- You have experience or strong interest for Cross-platform frameworks including Flutter, React Native, Ionic (optionally, experience with Xamarin could be an asset).
- Experience with development environments on both Windows and MacOS.
- Experience with Esri technology and mapping solutions would be an asset.
- Experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Experience with Mobile development would be an asset.
- Experience with Wi-Fi management on iOS, UWP and Android would be an asset.
- Experience using peripheral sensors (GPS, Camera, Bluetooth, Motion) and their data would be an asset.
- Able to manage a workload that may touch on a few different applications any given week.
- You can independently research and implement solutions to complex problems.

- As a key team member, you will help to scope, plan, and execute mobile application development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to iterate on solutions and to continually deliver value to our clients.
- Collaborate in-person with technology team at the office to test physical hardware/software interactions.
- Improve the application delivery process using automation and writing testable software.
- Contribute to solutions for new and interesting problems, which often involve spatiotemporal components.
- Participate in the product testing and peer review process.
- Develop yourself personally and professionally by actively setting and achieving ambitious goals.
