Role Description
PulseLearning is searching for a New Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Team. This role is highly sought after because it calls for a professional who is passionate about learning and development and well-versed in the power of various LMS platforms and learning software like the Articulate Suite.
As a relationship builder, you'll identify, anticipate, and validate Clients' needs and go above and beyond to exceed them by finding creative solutions to a myriad of business challenges, from efficiency and productivity to morale, engagement, DEI, and team dynamics. Your ability to follow and explain processes, coupled with the agility to adapt, makes you a valuable Team Member.
We are excited to have you work remotely, collaborating with Clients across North America. While some travel may be required, you won't earn enough air miles for a world tour. You'll be part of a globally recognized brand delivering world-class products and services to our Clients.
