We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and driven HR and Recruitment Professional to join our team as a Senior HR Specialist!

If you're passionate about HR strategy, recruitment, and customer relations, and you're eager to grow with an organization while mastering your HR skills, this role is for you.

YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT THE ROLE BECAUSE YOU'LL…

Client Management (50%):

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their goals, culture, and needs.
  • Spend time meeting, speaking, emailing, and connecting with clients to address their HR and recruitment needs.
  • Utilize your business acumen to identify opportunities for Envol to expand relationships and provide value to clients.

Human Resources & Recruitment (30%):

  • Provide on-demand HR support to clients, from simple inquiries to complex challenges.
  • Develop and deliver HR programs and procedures, covering a range of HR functions.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, helping clients manage people challenges effectively.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives for clients, offering strategic direction to the recruitment team.

Business Development (15%):

  • Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and propose Envol's solutions.
  • Identify new potential clients through networking and referrals.

Workshops & Enablement (5%):

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients and industry partners.

You could be a great fit if your background includes the following:

  • This role is heavily focused on client and account management, so demonstrated experience and a track record of success will set you apart! Bonus if you talk in terms of results.
  • You've built a book of business in the past and understand how to identify opportunities with potential clients.
  • Previous experience as an HR Consultant, Advisor, or similar role would definitely give you a head start!
  • Have you worked in a high volume or startup environment? Heck yes!
  • You give a damn about creating impact and delivering experiences that delight, so you want to be part of (and contribute to) a performance-oriented culture.
  • You're agile with the ability to move between companies and projects quickly throughout the day.
  • You understand that culture is only as strong as the sum of its parts, and you're all in on contributing positively.
  • You have experience with recruitment technology, including all the usual suspects: ATSs, job boards, recruitment technology, sourcing technology, CRMs. (Hubspot experience is a bonus!)
  • As a face of Envol, you have exceptional communication skills, professional maturity, and polish.
