We're looking for an Account Manager within our Gaming and Entertainment branch, a key team member at Dulcedo. In this role, you'll manage collaborations between some of the top brands and content creators in the gaming industry and gain in-depth knowledge of our network of digital creators. With this knowledge, you will ensure optimal matchmaking between our talents and the brands we work with, as well as manage campaigns on behalf of Dulcedo's diverse clients. You will oversee projects throughout the collaboration process, from booking to briefing, execution, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will participate in multidisciplinary pitch meetings, create brainstorms, and are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our current talent network and clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO:

  • Manage and execute Dulcedo's Gaming Talent deals for new and ongoing collaborations.
  • Actively contribute to the briefing, executing, and reporting of all partnerships while overseeing all creator activities related to each unique campaign.
  • Keep talents' files organized and assist with updating rate cards and Talent Quarterly Reviews.
  • Assist in creating strategic plans for clients.
  • Participate in in-depth reporting sessions with clients, highlighting important metrics, covering achieved KPIs, and providing overall recommendations.
  • Manage and update Dulcedo's electronic talent database.
  • Benchmark talent agencies and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Research popular talents and online trends to stay current with online communities.
  • Assist the agent with relationship management with our current talent roster where needed.
  • Assist in pitch meeting sessions to create the most effective and creative campaigns.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 0-1 year of experience working in digital marketing, a PR agency, a Gaming/Esport agency, or any other relevant experience.
  • Experience in communicating directly with corporate clients as well as talents (an asset!).
  • While bilingualism in both French and English is not mandatory, it will serve as a strong asset.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects efficiently and keeping detailed records.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge in assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs.
  • Must have strong knowledge in paid media, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Must have strong knowledge in gaming and esports online communities.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent people skills and a natural talent for building strong relationships.
