Inside Sales Representative, NW Edmonton
Onsite, Monday to Friday
Our client is a leader in the building materials sector. They are North-America wide and are in growth mode. They are adding a motivated and personable Jr. Inside Sales Rep to their team.
This role will be trained to work with existing and new business clients. Recent graduates from post-secondary education will also be considered. This is a wonderful career-starting opportunity for a dedicated and reliable worker who wants to learn.
What you'll do:
· Handle client inbound calls, emails, faxes and face to face
· Work with existing clients, upsell, cross sell and educate clients on products
· Support outside sales representatives with quotes and follow up to clients
· Receives and processes incoming materials
· Communicates with branches across the country
· Tracks and ensures that stock is available to ship and works with purchasing and purchase orders
What you'll bring:
· 1+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, retail, building or commercial materials
· Strong customer service, follow-up and attention to detail
· Able to work within tight deadlines
· Personable and wants to grow and develop their sales career
· Persistent and outgoing personality, open to learning and being coached
· Great computer skills and solid math aptitude
· Post-secondary education, degree or diploma
· Able to undergo and pass a background check
