The Director, Banking & Finance Recruitment holds a key position at Robertson that involves both building out the business as well as managing and developing a team of 3-5 Banking & Finance 360 Recruitment Consultants. This is a hands-on role that will encompass Strategy, Client Development / Acquisition, and Candidate Attraction.
