What you will be doing:

Safety and Project Planning:

  • Keep the Contract Sales Manager in the loop with concise and efficient communication about daily activities.

Efficient Delivery, Installation, and Service Coordination:

  • Conduct thorough pre-site inspections to guide delivery staff through the maze of logistics.
  • Facilitate crucial meetings with Delivery, Installation, and Service departments to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensure teams are well-informed about site requirements and any changes that may arise, leaving no room for surprises.

Site Inspections and Documentation:

  • Schedule and execute regular site walk-through inspections with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of site punch lists and deficiency lists, leaving nothing to chance.
  • Coordinate post-delivery and installation walkthroughs with precision and professionalism.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with site foremen and crews through open communication and mutual respect.
  • Attend trade and safety meetings regularly, demonstrating commitment and leadership.
  • Maintain close communication with the Builder Administration team to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation.

To be successful in this role you ideally have:

  • Up-to-date Safety Education and CSTS Safety training completion.
  • Certification in Emergency First-Aid.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's license.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating safety protocols.
  • Commitment to promoting a safety-conscious culture.
  • Effective communication skills and proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with different teams.
