We have an exciting opportunity to join our Documentation Team as we are actively recruiting for Documentation Coordinator responsible for managing customer deliverables, answering documentation inquiries and applying documentation to equipment. Ability to work on-site is required. This position reports to the Documentation Manager.

What we're looking for
  • Create and manage project documentation:
    • Create maintenance documentation and other deliverables as needed.
    • Take pictures of equipment and record video of running machines for internal records or customer use.
    • Track project status and request documentation from other groups as needed in order to meet deadlines.
    • Organize and maintain files in the CenterLine Documentation Portal.
  • Create and apply lockout tag out (LOTO) documentation:
    • Identify lockout points on equipment.
    • Design and create LOTO placards and tags.
    • Apply LOTO placards and tags to equipment
  • Respond to documentation inquiries:
    • Communicate with internal and external customers to provide documentation.
    • Answer emails professionally and in a timely manner.

What you need to succeed
  • Secondary school diploma
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to manage and reprioritize work in response to changing customer needs
  • Comfort with working around running equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe applications
  • Manufacturing, design, or engineering experience an asset
