Turner Fleischer is one of Canada's most progressive architectural firms, with an agile studio of 250+ committed, creative and driven professionals. We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in over 49 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

Who are we looking for:

As Graphic Designer, you will contribute to our studio's creative endeavors by assisting in the development of visually captivating materials that support our brand objectives. Under the guidance of experienced designers, you will execute design concepts across various platforms, gaining valuable experience in crafting engaging visuals and maintaining brand consistency.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with senior designers to translate concepts into visual assets across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, enhancing brand messaging and engagement.
• Uphold brand visual identity and standards by following design guidelines and studio protocols, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.
• Create impactful presentations showcasing services and capabilities, incorporating dynamic elements to enhance engagement and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas and insights in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, effectively communicating concepts and gathering feedback to refine design solutions.

What you will bring:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Web, video, and animation skills are an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 4 days in the studio.
