• Lead project teams in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely completion.
• Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues as they arise, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Prepare regular status reports and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive estimation of project costs, timelines, and resource requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager in the construction industry is an asset
