The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, your objective will be to help the company win new clients! You will use multiple platforms including phone, messaging, events and social channels to help generate interest in your company's solution. You will research and identify the “ICP” or “Ideal Customer Profile” and configure messages and themes that speak to specific pains within the target companies that your solution could solve.

This will be a strategic BDR role as you'll be focusing on quality over quantity. You'll be working a named account list.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ Years proven experience working as an outbound BDR/SDR role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, such as Outreach, Zoominfo/Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
