Condo Property Manager-Licensed

If you are looking to contribute to a new and fresh, energizing team, are licensed through CMRAO Qualifications, and have a commitment to be the best you can be by managing a portfolio based in Hamilton/Oakville/Burlington/Ancestor area, we would like to invite you to join us in discussing your passion in the property management industry.

Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:

  • MUST be Licensed through CMRAO
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
  • You must love dealing with people.
  • Strong organizational and negotiating skills, and able to handle a full portfolio od townhouse properties.
  • Excellent business management skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • committed to meeting monthly deadline for reporting.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)

Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents.
