Position Overview:

As the Inside Sales Person/Rental Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, driving sales and coordinating equipment rentals. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the seamless execution of equipment rental transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Proactively generate and qualify sales leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate the rental process from inquiry to equipment return, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.
• Update website and marketing materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, equipment specifications, and pricing to effectively communicate value to customers.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment types, specifications, and applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; additional education in sales or a related field is a plus.
