We are seeking an extraordinary Swim Instructor to join our swim program in Kingston. As the Swim Instructor, you will be the captain of the swim ship, responsible for delivering exceptional lessons, and ensuring a fantastic swimming experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate engaging swimming lessons for students of all ages (both kids and adults) and skill levels
• Bring your expertise to the pool deck and demonstrate impeccable swimming techniques and strokes with style and finesse.
  
• Follow and implement our innovative lesson plans that make a splash with our students and keep them hooked on swimming.
• Ensure a safe and secure swimming environment by maintaining constant vigilance and enforcing our water safety protocols.
• Create a positive and lively atmosphere that encourages laughter, and a love for swimming.
• Keep track of student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones as they master new swimming skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and National Lifeguard Certificate/or Bronze Cross.
• Show off your swimming power with previous experience as a swim instructor, leading the way with your exceptional teaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
• Proficiency in a wide range of strokes and swimming techniques.
