Job Summary: The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. This role will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using online tools like LinkedIn - conduct research to find ideal candidates
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and outreach
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions
  • Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience working with ATS or HRIS software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
