Role Description: The Overnight Fill Crew runs Full-Time overnights (9pm-5am). This team is responsible for aisle replenishment & cleanliness. You will be accountable for a designated zone within the store and responsible for the filling standards within that area. Starting wage range: $17.00 - $18.50
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Stocking merchandise on to shelves.
- Comfortable with technology, shelf capacities, and locating system.
- Accountable to proper presentation standards.
- Ongoing facing & aisle maintenance throughout shift.
- Leave aisles swept, tidy, and free of all debris.
Core Competencies:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Physically fit – ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Results oriented individual.
- Very comfortable with technology.
- Ability to complete detail-oriented retail tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
