• Surface Preparation & Quality Application:
  • Expertly prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability.
  • Apply paint and finishes with precision, showcasing attention to detail.
• Client Communication:
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
  • Approachability: Be able to communicate not just with clients, but with neighbours, etc
• Project Management:
  • Organize and prioritize painting projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the coordination of tasks to deliver high-quality results.
• Collaboration with the Painting Team:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment within the painting team.
  • Share insights and coordinate with team members to improve overall painting strategies.
• Marketing and Business Development
  • Drive additional work to the business through marketing efforts
  • Strong communication with the community

Requirements:

• No previous painting experience required, just a willingness to learn
• A strong work ethic , attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and work collaboratively with the team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18.00-$23 per hour
