Electrician

JDass is a growing business group looking to hire full time Licensed Electrician who can work independently and is a great team player. We believe that as an Electrician, you are a key member of the team. Our area of work is new construction and existing buildings, repair, maintenance and service of electrical infrastructure and electrical equipments. We work on projects ranging from small residential installations to large scale commercial projects. Our goal is to always challenge ourselves and team members to learn new skills and deliver amazing results!

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Comprehension in the CEC Safety Codes and Ensuring safe work practice, policies, and procedures are followed at all times

• Quoting new projects and work with client requests

• Read and Interpret blueprints, diagrams, electrical drawings, take-offs, and schematics to construct electrical systems

• Electrical Engineering knowledge and or experience in working with residential and commercial services

• Identify material quantities needed for jobs

• Installs, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, conduit / cable equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical equipment

• Documentation of all programming changes is a core competency.

• Follow building regulations

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Communication skills both verbally and written

• Multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Must be willing to work independently as well as working cooperatively in a team environment

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Electrical License in the province of Ontario

• Valid Driver's License & Good Standing Driving Record

• Self Motivated and Positive Professional Attitude

• Computer literate

Salary: $26.00-$36.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Electrician: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (required)

• 309A Electrician-Construction and Maintenance (required)

Work Location: At Site - Greater Toronto Area, ON
