Typical workday:
- Provide a consistent, outstanding experience for each customer while guiding them through maintenance and repair recommendations.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the service process in-person, via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Utilize our DMS to thoroughly document customer requests/approvals to the technician and close out Repair Orders.

Minimum Requirements:
- Previous Automotive experience would be an asset.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday - 18-20 hours/week
