We are looking for part-time or full-time workers in Port Hardy. Please note that this is is at our land-based net loft facilities, not our Sea Ops dept.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all nets stay in tank for the hour required, at a specific temperature
  • Cleaning out of Diss Tank and heat exchanger
  • Rope Knots – Reef, Bowline, Half Hitch, Clove Hitch, Lock Knot (Catspaw)
  • Proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools
  • Cleaning and organizing of tool room
  • Operation and maintenance of Forklift including peruse checklist (after 3-month probation eligible to take the Forklift certification course)
  • This is physically demanding work, performed outside in all weather conditions
