Do You Have What It Takes? Here's What the Role Entails:

  • Production Oversight:
    • Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
    • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes.
  • Supply Chain Management:
    • Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution.
    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
  • Client Communication:
    • Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience.
    • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Scheduling:
    • Schedule painters into shifts, optimizing manpower to meet project timelines.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Collaborate with the painting team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the painting or construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with the team.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Base + Commission - Up to $5000/month
Expected hours: 40-60 hours/week

Language: English (preferred)
Work Location: In person – Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
