Do You Have What It Takes? Here's What the Role Entails:
- Production Oversight:
- Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes.
- Supply Chain Management:
- Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Scheduling:
- Schedule painters into shifts, optimizing manpower to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with the painting team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the painting or construction industry.

Salary: Base + Commission - Up to $5000/month
