YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Management (50%)

  • Build meaningful client relationships by offering solutions that address their needs and goals.
  • Dedicate time to connecting and listening to clients to address their HR and recruitment needs.
  • Use your business acumen to identify opportunities, expand relationships and add value to clients.

2. Human Resources & Recruitment (30%)

  • Develop, delivery, and execute diverse HR programs, procedures and projects from start-to-finish.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner and subject-matter-expert that advises clients on people issues.
  • Offer on-demand HR support to clients, from simple employee inquiries to complex challenges.
  • Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment initiatives for clients while offering strategic direction

3. Business Development (15%)

  • Engage with inbound leads by understanding their needs and proposing value add people solutions.
  • Identify new potential clients by actively attending networking events and securing referrals.

4. Workshops & Enablement (5%)

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients and industry partners.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant, Advisor or Partner.
  • You have post-secondary education, ideally in business or an HR-related field.
  • Proven work history working in a high volume or start-up environment.
  • A track record of successful and strong client relationships and account management.
  • You're technically versed in ATSs, job boards, recruitment technology and CRMs.
  • You've built a book of business in the past, give a damn about creating impact and delighting clients.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, professional maturity and polish.
  • You're radically independent, resourceful, enthusiastic, and a driven problem-solver.
