Our team of professionals is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support our team of Project Managers in the execution of several ongoing and upcoming projects. Under the supervision of Project Manager, you will contribute to the execution of various type and size's projects in Vancouver Region.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Project coordinator, you will be involved in all stages of the project and will notably be responsible for:

  • Support of project team in developing and update project schedules, integration and dependency milestones based on input from stakeholders and the project team.
  • Liaise with the project team, contractors, client and other project stakeholders to facilitate work, project document management and change management processes.
  • Regularly visit work Site and report status to the Project Manager and keep the project team informed about project status and issues that may impact the client.
  • Attend project meetings and document minutes of meetings.
  • Work with the project team to facilitate the timely movement of project phases, including project initiation, planning, execution, control, close out activities, resource requirements and dependencies.
  • Monitor progress and performance against established terms of reference and Work Plans.
  • Facilitate accesses at work on site
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture /science or Engineering
  • Demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience as part of a project management team supporting projects
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder and technical environments
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • English fluency, both oral and written

Skills and Assets

The following skills are assets that would be favorably considered:

  • Working knowledge of French, both oral and written
  • Relevant experience in mining or heavy industry

The expected salary for this position is from $ 78,080.00 to $97,600.00 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate's experience, training, skills and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
