Wage: $55000-$60000 + Commission (based on experience)

As a key player in the expansion and enhancement of our trailer sales program, the Trailer Sales Executive will actively engage with the Sales, Parts, and Service teams to implement and achieve key objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships.

Job Duties and Responsibility:

  • Own Strategy and Annual Business plans with objectives aimed at boosting trailer sales and profit margins.
  • Manage sales processes such as lead tracking, CRM utilization, and target setting. Assist Sales Associates with customer inquiries and cultivate relationships with key accounts.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Sales Associates, ensuring monthly evaluation and adjustment.
  • Analyze market data to determine optimal sales coverage for the region. Directly engage with major accounts in the region to promote our full range of trailer products and support services.
  • Provide regular feedback on regional industry dynamics and trends.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the trailer sales market.
  • Introduce new product offerings and effectively market existing ones.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about competitor activity, customer preferences, and segment trends.
  • Analyze sales and profit data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Review reports to provide actionable insights to enhance the performance of Sales Associates and branches.
  • Identify emerging product opportunities and collaborate internally to meet market demands.

Skills Required:

  • Proven track record in sales management, demonstrating the ability to guide the sales process from initiation to closure.
  • Extensive expertise and knowledge of the trailer industry, particularly in the realm of sales and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels, including executive-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to recruit, train, and inspire a sales team to pursue business growth objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated creativity, self-motivation, teamwork, quick learning ability, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving targets.
  • Strong collaborative skills and adeptness at building relationships to drive results through motivation and influence.
  • Prior Sales experience in the same trailer - related industry is a must.
