The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic & scrupulous Research Methodologist, Clinical Survey who will specialize in clinical survey design and analysis to join our Vancouver team! Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Healthcare and Technology, allowing them to take ownership of all the aspects of research paper writing. This a hybrid role that will operate from our Vancouver HQ located at 1290 Homer Street, Vancouver BC, V6H 1E1.

What you'll do:

  • Design and develop surveys for clinical trial and analytics purposes, ensuring alignment with research objectives and data collection requirements
  • Implement survey methodologies, including sampling strategies, question design, and data collection protocols
  • Conduct pilot testing and validation of surveys to ensure reliability, validity, and respondent comprehension
  • Analyze survey data using statistical methods and tools to derive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and data analysts, to integrate survey findings into research reports and project outcomes

What you'll bring:

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Epidemiology, Public health or Health Research Methodology.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing clinical surveys within healthcare, biomedical research settings or related industry.
  • Knowledge of survey design principles, including question types, response scales, and data quality assurance techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams and across organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple survey projects concurrently and meet project deadlines

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $70,110 - $104,139 in local currency depending upon experience
