We are currently looking for a Part-Time Concierge/Site Administrator for a contracted term to join our exciting team of dynamic professionals in our growing organization. If you are a highly motivated, dynamic, proactive team player seeking a challenging position, work well with minimal supervision, meet deadlines successfully and effectively multi-task, we would like to hear from you!

This position is 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), 12 hours each day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 36 hours a week in total. Parking is not included, however, this building is located right at Landsdown which has plenty of public transport. Bussing is recommended.

This position would be on a contract for up to 3 months with the possibility of staying on permanently.

This position will be responsible for the following contributions to our success:

  • Occupy the front desk and provide access control to the building utilizing CCTV cameras
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • Co-ordinate elevator bookings and amenity bookings
  • Sign out keys to contractors, cleaners and verify work access
  • Log and release letters and parcels for residents at the front desk
  • Program and re-program access fobs at the request of the Property Manager
  • Co-ordinate maintenance and cleaning tasks with the on-site cleaners
  • Receive, report and forward resident complaints to the Property Manager
  • Ensures that fire and emergency procedures are followed
  • All other duties assigned by the Property Manager
  • Provide security patrols throughout the shift

Ideally, this position would be of interest to those with the following qualifications:

  • Post Secondary diploma
  • Security Guard license, considered an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other computer related skills
  • Coordination, judgment and decision making
  • Works independently or as part of a team and with minimum supervision
  • Bright, customer focused personality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Team oriented, diligent and reliable
  • Prior experience in Property Management industry, considered an asset
  • Has excellent business English proficiency
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and via telephone
  • Attentive listener who asks follow up questions for clarity
  • Respectful of resident boundaries; ability to process sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Courteous, welcoming approachable demeanor
