About The Opportunity

In our pursuit of excellence and growth, we are seeking Manufacturing Leaders across a variety of departments such as Maintenance, Quality, Production, and more!

Primarily, we are seeking individuals who are as passionate about people as they are about processes. This role is not just about optimizing manufacturing strategy, it's about inspiring and leading a team towards achieving collective and individual goals.

As a Manufacturing Leader, your primary mission will be to nurture and develop a team, while fostering an environment where innovation thrives, and efficiency is constantly pursued. You will play a part in ensuring our manufacturing goals are not only met, but aligned with creating a strong, collaborative, and empowering workplace culture.

Some of the typical duties of our Manufacturing Leaders include

• Supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations
