We are seeking a talented vCIO (also known as Technical Account Manager, IT Client Advisor, or IT Solutions Strategist in other organizations) to play a critical role in improving the our client's technology journey, improving upon existing services and adding new high value services. The vCIO is positioned toengage with our clients at an executive level, connecting with the key decision maker for long-term technology planning. Successful service, productive solutions, reliable experience, and confidence in technology investment require long-term planning that the vCIO builds with that executive decision maker.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate client accounts and relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term connections.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and resources to recommend tailored technology solutions that align with their objectives.
• Advise clients on the benefits and implementation process of the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP).
• Assist clients with understanding and adopting new technology, ensuring seamless integration into their operations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our existing client base and with prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service escalations, working diligently to resolve issues.
• Oversee and manage Professional Services projects for clients, ensuring successful completion and ongoing communication.
• Conduct both onsite and offsite client meetings, providing training and guidance on technical procedures as needed.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ActiveCo's service offerings, staying up to date on industry developments and advancements.

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and resourcefulness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the Canada Digital Adoption Program is a strong asset.

Experience & Requirements:

• Min 3 years' experience in business process and/or consulting roles.
• Previous experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
• Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Salary:

Salary Range - $70k- $110k (plus commission) CAD
