Meidl Honda is the #1 volume Honda dealership in Saskatchewan. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team! We pride ourselves on our commitment to integrity, transparency, and professionalism in every aspect of our business.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financing and insurance, with a proven track record of maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Experience with PBS Dealership DMS and First Canadian Insurance is considered asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the automotive financing and insurance process, including securing financing, selling aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with sales team members to identify customer needs and offer appropriate financing and insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and rates for customers.
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding financing options, terms, and conditions.
  • Review and analyze credit applications to determine approval or denial based on established criteria.
  • Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and documentation.

Previous finance experience is an asset as well as working with PBS Dealer Software and First Canadian Insurance products.
