Our Painting team is looking to add more members and no prior experience is necessary. Learn a rewarding and useful skill and make some connections for your future endeavours! Our organization provides interior and exterior painting services in South West parts of Calgary, AB and we are looking to train and hire interested individuals.

As a member of our painting team, you will be working outside for the majority of the time with a crew of 1-3 people. You will learn how to paint the interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial buildings, including the necessary surface preparation involved, as well as how to use various tools and equipment to accomplish your tasks. You will also learn how to communicate effectively with clients and other team members, work independently and with others to accomplish goals. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, working with their hands and have a positive mindset with a willingness to learn new skills!

About the position:

• Hands on experience

• Training on how to paint the interior and exterior of residential and commercial buildings, no prior experience required

• Working outdoors and indoors with a crew of 1-3 people

• Effective communication with clients and other team members

• Fast paced

• Base pay starts at $18.50 per hour but can range to $26 per hour throughout the summer based on proven skill and experience

• This position is full time for the spring and summer of 2024 (May-August) and we are looking to train and hire now to get you prepared as early as possible!

What is required of you:

• Must have full time access to a vehicle as transportation (job sites change frequently and painters are responsible for transporting the tools provided to them)

• Manual labor and ladder work

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
