The Warehouse Stockroom Associate is part of the retail team at Moraine Lake Lodge. They are responsible for the daily warehouse operations of shipping, receiving and replenishment. This position is responsible for the highest standards of stockroom organization and operations on a consistent and profitable basis.
The main duties include maintaining organized inventory, accurate data entry, ensuring the efficiency of replenishment and training team members on warehouse procedures. The Warehouse Stockroom Associate must actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment and have a strong working relationship with the lodge management and retail manager. This position may also be asked to assist the sales team on the store floor, engaging with guests and completing sales transactions.
Qualifications:

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in a retail stockroom,
• Excellent knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures,
• Intermediate level of expertise with Windows Excel, Word and Outlook,
• Experience with a computerized inventory system,
• Experience with Point of Sale systems (POS),
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and take the initiative,
• Second Language, an asset.
• Driving license is required for this position.

Working Conditions:

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
• While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
• Required to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool

Wage: $19/hour
