Summary

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team at our Service Center in Red Deer, AB. This position will assist in all aspects of servicing various sizes of Coil Tubing as well as general housekeeping of shop and work areas. Other duties as assigned. The individual is also responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and must comply and participate in the company Health and Safety program. Global Tubing offers a complete training program, previous coil tubing experience is not necessary.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Performs independent, routine, or repetitive assignments using a variety of techniques and standard work procedures
• Works within established guidelines
• Operate a level wind
• Utilize common hand tools such as Circular saw, band saw, impact, and hand drills
• Ability to operate equipment, such as skid steer, manlift, and forklift
• Use a dead blow hammer to ensure spooling is aligned correctly during the spooling process
• Work closely with other employees to complete tasks
• Ability to be on call
• General housekeeping duties
• Participates in the company Health and Safety program
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Possess basic written communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
• Attention to detail with safety at the forefront of every task.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid class 5 driver's license required.

Experience

• Entry Level.
