Salary and On Target Earnings (OTE):
- General Licensed Team Member - $44,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $60,000+
- General and LLQ Licensed Team Member - $48,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $70,000+
Responsibilities:
This open position is located in SE Calgary. There is only one position is available at this time. Join a challenging, fun, profitable, fast-paced team, while adding a Fortune 500 company to your resume. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We respond to customer concerns, billing issues and claims. After licensing and training, you will join a supportive and successful team. Requirements:
- Must drive a reliable vehicle.
- Must have clean credit (No outstanding items in collections and no bankruptcy in past 7 years)
- Demonstrates accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
- Answers and responds to calls, email and voicemails in professional and timely manner
- Team player. you're a “do-er”, who loves working with others to finish a common goal.
- Experienced with upselling, soft sales
- Ability to provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Ability to multi-task – effective time management skills and ability to work in a pressure environment
