Student Works Painting is Hiring for Full-time Painters for the Spring and Summer of 2024!

We are currently looking for the most hard working and motivated individuals to become part of our painting team! We want people who are dedicated and want to make what they are worth!

About the Job:

Painter Position Description: This position is a really challenging, but rewarding way to spend your summer. Although it will test your physical ability and problem solving skills, it offers you the ability to gain a new skill and earn money based on the effort that you put in. The ideal individual for this position is someone who is dedicated to self-improvement, coachable, and possess' exceptional time-management skills. Some of your daily activities will have you working from ladders and at heights as well as for long hours in the warm summer weather, so endurance and physical fitness are both assets.

Daily Tasks:

  • Following the Student Works Painting Systems.
  • Ensuring your safety, as well as your crewmates safety on all job sites.
  • Showing up on time and in your company provided uniform.
  • Paint related tasks: Prepping, brushing, rolling, and spraying interiors and exteriors.
  • Setup and clean up of job sites.
  • Monitoring and maintaining your company provided crew kit.
  • Driving to and from various job sites.
  • Providing excellent customer service for clients through daily progress reports and tasks like the final project walk around to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Reliable Transportation: You will be expected to transport yourself as well as your equipment from jobsite to jobsite. Jobsite location changes frequently, so you must have some sort of valid drivers license and vehicle to get yourself around town.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: We pride ourselves on high-quality service and professionalism. If our customers are happy, we're happy!
  • Willingness to Improve: We will provide you with paint training, but you must develop your skill from there.
  • Punctuality: Being late is not tolerated.

Job Type: Full-time and Seasonal Positions Available

Salary: Base Rate $16+ / Hour -dependent on experience
