Job Title: UX/UI Designer Job ID: CV952332266Location: Burnaby, BCOverview:Our client is looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to define the UX strategy, vision, and user flow as part of a project to redesign the client and partner portal. What you will be doing:

• Define the UX strategy, vision, and user experience
• Develop design pattern library
• Facilitate design sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
• Make recommendations based on UX best practices
• Create design mock-ups
• Advocate for user-centered design by measuring and demonstrating the success of UX design activities in delivering quality user focused experiences

What you must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably with experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Advanced skills in interaction design, information architecture, usability evaluation, and user research
• Ability to quickly identify both user goals and business goals from stakeholders and to translate those goals into detailed requirements
• An ability to embrace change and work within constraints and uncertainty
• Experience with working with SharePoint Online and Teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Bootstrap framework
• Working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
