iiPay has a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated UI/UK Designer who wants to be part of this rapidly expanding business, taking on the responsibility for designing new systems and extending the capabilities of our current platforms. to help drive our goal of ‘Paying the Planet'.
All our roles can be performed remotely with occasional visits to the office as requested by your manager. Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work: remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.
Role Overview
Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires a passion for clean and intuitive design in order to deliver adaptive and creative solutions.
The systems to be designed and developed cover the entire operational lifecycle, therefore the successful candidate will need to deliver intuitive user experiences.
The successful candidate will be expected to liaise closely with the business analysis team, front-end development team as well as our operational teams.
Key objectives of the role
The successful candidate requires experience, skills, and a proven track record in the following areas:
- Create high-quality UX design solutions, through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Advocate for the end-user perspective to ensure the delivery of user-friendly systems and features.
- Conduct user research and analyse feedback to inform design decisions.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, offering problem-solving skills and interactive contributions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement innovative product solutions for direction, visuals, and user experience.
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience in user experience research and UI design.
- Experience of the whole software development process
- Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD & Photoshop.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to stakeholders
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Strong communication skills
