Angus Reid Research Internship Program

The Angus Reid Group and the Angus Reid Institute, in partnership, are looking for recent graduates with insatiable curiosity to apply for our Project Management Intern Program. You're a good fit if you're curious about what people think, how they behave, and why.

You're enthusiastic about learning how to gain hands on work experience with projects, gain exposure to knowledgeable and passionate subject matter experts, improve time and project management skills and learn about the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your role will focus on supporting strategic projects and helping to generate high-quality insights. Your day to day will vary, as you support initiatives at both the Angus Reid Group and the Angus Reid Institute, working with researchers, operations teams, sales, marketing, finance and senior leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of the business, rotating between business units and supporting a broad range of projects.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the operations team
  • Support multiple projects and deadlines at once and deliver against deadlines.
  • Ensure a high quality of work and strategic output.
  • Support teams with other tasks as necessary.
  • Performing quality assurance checks during the project's life cycle.
  • Assisting in exporting data files on industry leading market research software platforms and technology, with a high degree of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, which could include, but is not limited to: Communications, Marketing, Strategy, Public Relations, Business, Analytics, Research, Public Affairs, Political Science, Sociology.
  • Past work experience will also be considered.
  • Proactive, organized, and pays close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver excellent quality work on quick deadlines.
  • Some basic understanding of statistics, market research, public opinion polling
