Our client provides services and solutions within health organizations in Vancouver and are comprised of acute, ambulatory and community health programs. They require the services of several contract-to-hire System/Clinical Analysts with Cerner experience to utilize both clinical knowledge and strong technical computer skills in support of the development/modification, successful implementation, ongoing support and maintenance of their shared clinical information system.
What you will be doing:

• Facilitating workflow sessions
• Completing options analysis with recommendations for the tools available in Cerner
• Presenting options with recommendations to all levels of stakeholders
• Creating workflows
• Providing input into training content
• Defining test cases

Qualifications:

• Proficient and knowledgeable at building and maintaining Cerner Millennium suite of applications
• Preferred experience with implementing Cerner Millennium in a complex Ambulatory Information Systems environment
• Experience troubleshooting issues in Cerner, including a high-level understanding of the Cerner data model and architecture.
• Previous Cerner training in an asset
• Clinical background preferred
• Experience in workflow analysis and future state design; previous project life cycle experience preferred
• Canadian Healthcare experience / knowledge is preferred

Please note that we have multiple roles and that duties will vary based on the site, module, and experience needed. Clinical roles require a clinical background. Preferably RN.
