Warehouse Operations Supervisor

• Shifts: Full-time –Days
• Pay: $31.00/hour
• Location: Woodbridge, ON
• Start Date: Immediate – Temp to Perm opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor for a busy warehouse in Woodbridge. You will lead the warehouse team to hit daily productivity, accuracy and safety targets for multiple clients. Successful candidates must be hands-on leaders who stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly with staff and management. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations and staff
• Plan workflow and assign tasks to meet daily volume
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and safety performance
• Train new staff and coach team members
• Enforce safety rules and lead safety talks
• Track attendance and manage shift coverage
• Resolve operational issues and order problems quickly
• Use the WMS to track orders, inventory and performance
• Report results and issues to the Operations Manager
• Support continuous improvement and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in a distribution centre environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety (Ontario OHSA)
• Experience with a WMS and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid forklift certification is an asset
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
• Reliable transportation to Woodbridge
• Candidates must meet all minimum requirements to be considered

Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following:

• Multi-client operations
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Productivity and KPI tracking
• Team leadership in a fast-paced warehouse
