Pest Control Technician

Can Guard Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team, based in Penticton and servicing the Penticton–Kelowna area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving pest issues, including rodents and insects, in a variety of residential and commercial settings.

A valid pest control license and previous industry experience are preferred but not required, as we provide on-the-job training. If you are looking for a stable career with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Experience with tools and construction is preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
• Strong commitment to customer Service
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Criminal record check
