SAP Billing Consultant

We are hiring for an SAP Billing Consultant. This role focuses on supporting SAP billing operations, resolving billing exceptions, and improving billing processes.

The ideal candidate has strong SAP Billing functional and technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and experience collaborating with business and support teams.

• Support daily billing operations and resolve billing exceptions

• Prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency

• Investigate root causes and reduce recurring billing issues

• Collaborate with business and AMS teams to resolve complex defects and process gaps

• Maintain troubleshooting guidelines and exception-handling procedures

• Share operational knowledge and help the team manage recurring issues independently
