We've worked on exciting projects at locations such as Nathan Phillips Square, the Royal Canadian Yacht Club, and Ripley's Aquarium, along with luxury properties in Forest Hill and more than 50 tennis courts serviced in 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate commercial pressure washing and steam cleaning equipment.
• Clean building exteriors, concrete surfaces, parking garages, industrial facilities, and other properties.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites throughout the GTA.
• Load, transport, set up, and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and surface-specific techniques.
• Follow safety procedures and protect customer property.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Take before-and-after photos and report job completion.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Assist with equipment inspections and routine maintenance.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Full G Driver's Licence – REQUIRED.
• Safe driving habits and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Reliable transportation to designated meeting locations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and professional customer service.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous pressure washing, industrial cleaning, or property maintenance experience.
• Experience operating trailers or commercial cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, surface protection, and safety procedures.
• Experience with hot-water pressure washing systems.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or other hands-on trades.

No pressure washing experience? Candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
