Registered Massage Therapist

The Registered Massage Therapist will provide personalized massage therapy services through back-to-back appointments for general adult clients, athletes and active individuals, prenatal and postpartum clients, and clinical rehabilitation clients. Reporting to the clinic owner and independent practice lead, the therapist will support clients through assessment, treatment, education, and documented progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake and health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide massage therapy using appropriate techniques.
• Serve general adult, athletic, prenatal and postpartum, and clinical rehabilitation clients.
• Document client progress using SOAP documentation.
• Educate clients on treatment plans and related care.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout back-to-back appointments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in massage therapy.
• Diploma in Massage Therapy.
• Registered Massage Therapist license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of massage therapy techniques, anatomy and physiology, client assessment, and treatment planning.
• Experience with SOAP documentation.
• Strong professional communication and active listening skills.
