Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience by greeting customers, answering general questions, assisting with shopping carts, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.

• Collect, organize, and return shopping carts to designated areas.

• Restock merchandise and ensure sales areas remain tidy and well-presented.

• Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and collaborate with team members to support daily store operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to help others.

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
