Pizza Team Member - Kitchen & Front Counter (Part-Time / Full-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly team members to join our team on Bank Street! Whether you are making fresh, high-quality pizza, handling customer orders at the register, or keeping the kitchen running smoothly, you will play a key role in delivering great food and exceptional customer service to our local Ottawa community.

No prior experience? No problem—we provide full, paid training on-site!

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh dough, toppings, sauce, and menu items following strict food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Order Processing & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate phone/counter orders, and assist with delivery platform pick-ups (Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, DoorDash).
• Kitchen & Store Operations: Operate pizza ovens, maintain clean work stations, stock inventory, and assist with daily opening/closing procedures.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast order turnaround during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Legal Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Availability: Flexible schedule availability (daytime, evenings, or weekends).
• Communication: Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification (Asset): Valid Ontario Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it within 30 days).
