Emergency Room RN – BC Hospitals | $58–60/hour

Advanced Care Group is hiring Emergency RNs for contract and travel assignments at hospitals across British Columbia. We have openings at Lower Mainland sites and at remote and rural travel sites, where accommodations are provided and travel is reimbursed.

Pay & Benefits

• $58.00 – $60.00/hour
• Travel sites (Sechelt, Bella Bella): accommodations provided, travel reimbursed, overtime per site agreement

Current Openings Site Openings Dates Shifts Surrey Memorial Hospital, Surrey 3 Start ASAP – Dec 31, 2026 Nights and weekends rotation (24/7 department) Langley Memorial Hospital, Langley 2 Start ASAP – Dec 31, 2026 Days/nights rotation (DNNN), 0730–1930 / 1930–0730 Eagle Ridge Hospital, Port Moody 1 Now – Dec 31, 2026 12-hour days/nights, mostly nights and weekends, 0730–1930 / 1930–0730 Sechelt Hospital, Sechelt (travel) 3 in Dec 2026, 9 in Jan 2027 Winter 2026–27 Triage and trauma Heiltsuk Hospital, Bella Bella (travel, urgent) Multiple Arrive Dec 18, orientation Dec 19, shifts Dec 20, 2026 – Jan 9, 2027, depart Jan 10 ER RN or experienced Med-Surg RN Education & Registration

• Completion of an approved Registered Nurse program (diploma or BSN)
• Active BCCNM RN registration in good standing
• ERQ / Emergency Qualified certification (Lower Mainland sites)

Certifications

• BCLS/CPR, active and valid (all sites)
• ACLS: required for Bella Bella, an asset for Sechelt
• TNCC: required for Bella Bella ER RNs (ENPC accepted), strongly preferred for Sechelt
• ENPC: asset

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 18 months of recent Canadian ER experience (Lower Mainland sites)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience, including CTAS triage and trauma nursing (Sechelt)
• Recent ER experience, or an experienced Medical-Surgical RN (Bella Bella)
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends
• Available for the full assignment dates (travel sites)

Compliance

• Immunization records, complete and current
• Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months
• All credentials active and valid at time of submission
