Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist to support a digital transformation initiative. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, change readiness, and adoption of new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management plans and strategies.
Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments.
Prepare communication plans, presentations, training materials, user guides, FAQs, and job aids.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Support pilot programs, rollout activities, and change readiness initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to communicate changes effectively.
Track change-related risks, issues, activities, and adoption progress.
Develop methods to measure stakeholder readiness, training effectiveness, and change adoption.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in change management.
7+ years of experience developing stakeholder communication materials.
7+ years of experience developing training materials, documentation, computer-based training modules, and training videos.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci Change Management certification.
5+ years of experience in readiness planning, training, or stakeholder engagement.
5+ years of experience in change management and communication planning.
Experience with government IT infrastructure, business strategies, shared services, or applications.
Experience supporting government digital transformation initiatives.
Experience conducting impact analysis, stakeholder interviews, communication planning, and change implementation.
